INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE CAMERA-READY VERSION OF YOUR PAPER
You must upload a ZIP file including:

  1. a signed Copyright Form **PDF format**, see below.
  2. the final version of your paper (**MS-WORD or Latex format**)
  3. a document stating the changes performed taking into account the reviews

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPLOADING THE PAPER IN EASYCHAIR

  1. Log into EasyChair. Confirm your role. This should be 'mis4TEL 2014 (author)'. Do the following for each accepted paper.
  2. Go to menu 'My submissions->Paper NN' (for multiple submissions) or menu 'Paper NN'. Note that NN is a submission number.
  3. Click on 'Submit a new version' link at the upper right corner.
  4. Specify the file name and click on 'Submit a New Version' button to upload.

Please, remember that for the accepted version of your paper you must fill out and sign the copyright form and send it back.

Expected Participants

MIS4TEL aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners in the area of TEL. Expected contributions to MIS4TEL are from ICT areas such as artificial intelligence, human machine interaction, recommender systems, as well as from evidence-based medicine, pedagogy and educational psychology.

Submitting papers

We invite the submission of papers (max. 8 pages in AISC Springer format) reporting original research, not previously published, relevant to the MIS4TEL topics, see the MIS4TEL call for papers.

The accepted papers will be published by Springer in the Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing series. . The template can be downloaded Here. All proposed papers must be submitted in electronic form (PDF format) using the mis4TEL'13 conference management system.

Review process

All submissions will be carefully reviewed by an international program committee. All submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process: each paper will be refereed by at least two experts in the field based on relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity.

Publication

Accepted papers will be included in MIS4TEL proceedings, published in the Advances in Intelligent and Soft-Computing series of Springer.

However, at least one of the authors will be required to register and attend MIS4TEL to present the paper in order to have the paper included in the proceedings.

Special Issue

neurocomputing

Authors of selected papers from PAAMS 2014 and its collocated events (including mis4TEL) will be invited to submit an extended and improved version to a special issue published in Neurocomputing (JCR Impact Factor: 1.634).
The contributions of mis4TEL can be invited to this special issue if they are related with the journal's topic (neural networks and learning systems).
